beats, breath, and biomechanics lay the groundwork for lyndis’s intelligently sequenced and challenging classes. she combines bodyweight exercises, isometric movements, and traditional yoga asanas to target and strengthen each muscle group while communicating awareness of the biomechanics necessary to safely and efficiently transition the body from one position to the next.

starting with ab work on the floor, the class quickly builds in intensity alternating 2-3 cardio-inspired intervals with a strengthening flow series before the heart rate is guided slowly back down, ending with a cathartic release in the final rest.

new to yoga// this class is for everyone! there’s no chanting, no twisting into a pretzel, no balancing on one hand. if yoga is anything, it should be accessible. you will sweat, you will get stronger, and you’ll have fun. don’t worry if it’s your first time; we’re all in this together.
